This page explains what we collect when you contact us or sign up for a guided fishing trip, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you sign up or ask about a guided angling session, we keep your name, email address, and details about the type of fishing you're interested in—whether you're after bass fishing, lake fishing, or freshwater fish in specific waters.
The site also records technical information such as your browser type and pages you visit, which helps us keep the guide running smoothly and fix any issues.
Your fishing reports and catch logs are kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable time after. Records linked to your guide booking or tackle order stay longer, as we may need to reference them for future trips.
We do not sell your angling data or personal information. It is shared only with the services that help us run the site—guides, payment processors, shipping partners—and only the information they need to do their job.
Access to your details is limited to staff who need it, and anything sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. Write to us and we will confirm once it is done.
This site uses a small number of cookies to help you fish better and track your progress. Which ones, and how to switch them off, is explained separately.
Any changes here will be posted with a new date at the top so you can see what shifted.
Anything unclear can be sent through our contact form, and we'll reply with straight answers.
